JR埼京線「北戸田」駅 太極拳 カンフー スクール 「金虎拳 Gold Tiger Kung Fu」

ゴールドタイガーカンフーは埼玉県にある、太極拳とカンフーのスクールです。(池袋より15分)
私たちはが教えるのは「和太極拳」と「少林寺拳法」の流体型を基本としています。
和太極拳と少林寺拳法の基礎から始め、素手と武器（棒、刀など）を駆使した柔らかで流体の型を学んでいきます。
レッスンはほとんどが英語で行われ、注意点などの指導のために少し日本語が使われます。

Gold Tiger Kung Fu is a school of Tai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu located in Saitama, Japan (15 minutes from Ikebukuro).
Our System is based on He Family Zhao Bao Tai Chi Chuan and a fluid form of Shaolin Kung Fu.
Beginning with He Tai Chi Chuan & Shsolin Chuan Fa Basics, students moves through to a soft, fluid form utilizing empty hands and weapons (pole, sword etc).
Classes are taught mostly in English with a little Japanese used to explain the finer points.
